This website and all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to rights in the website as a database) in its design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof, together with the Paper Sun trade mark and all other trade marks, logos and trade names depicted in this website belong to us.
2. Limited Licence; Restrictions
You are granted a limited licence to download the materials contained on this website to a single personal computer, and to print out a hard copy of such materials, solely for personal, non-commercial use, and provided all copyright, trade mark and other proprietary notices are left intact. Any other use of any of the materials on this website, including commercial reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission or republication, without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited, and is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

This website is controlled and operated by us from our offices in London, England. If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court's finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 7. PAPER SUN ONLINE SHOP SITE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The displaying of products and/or prices on this Site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose. We reserve the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this Site without notice at any time before your order is accepted.
8. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COLOURS
Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
9. PRICING INFORMATION
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 17.5%, and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified below.
10. DELIVERY
Postage and packing for UK deliveries is charged as follows:
1st Class : £2.75 - £ 20 dependent on number of pieces and weight
Special Delivery: £5 minimum - £19 dependent on weight
The above costs apply to orders containing 15 items or less.
For any other quantities please contact prior to ordering at info@papersunstores.com and delivery and costs can be arranged. Different rates and procedures apply for deliveries within the European Union outside the UK, please e-mail us at info@papersunstores.com for further information.
Britain
We ship to Britain in line with our standard Paper Sun online shop postage charges (as listed above).
European (EEA) Countries
We ship to European (EEA) Countries, although postage charges vary from country to country. Please contact us by telephone to receive confirmation of the postage charge applicable to your order, local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.
All Other Countries
We may accept orders from countries outside of Britain and the EEA, if you live outside these areas please contact us by telephone to ascertain whether we are able to accept your order, if we are able to accept your order we will confirm by telephone the level of postage you will be charged, local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.

11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns Policy
We will offer a refund or exchange on an unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.
If you return an item that the company agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us by registered post (this does not affect your statutory rights). If you are returning an item you believe to be faulty more than 14 days after it was dispatched to you, please call our Customer Services on +44 (0) 208 7425850 before returning the item to discuss the perceived fault and the procedure to follow.
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be liable for the postage you paid when returning the item to us. Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the items.
Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website and goods may not be returned to our stores. Refunds cannot be made by stores under any circumstances. If in exceptional circumstances you need to apply to exchange an item at one of our branches, this can only be arranged with our prior approval in writing by email, which you will need to present at the branch when making the exchange. Please send an email to info@papersunstores.com giving your order number, date of purchase, details of the item you wish to return including size, colour and product code, and the branch you wish to exchange the item at, and the date you wish to exchange it at the branch.
Returns Procedure
If you wish to return any items to Paper Sun please; Complete the brief "Particulars of Return Form" which will be sent out to you with your order. Wrap your item/s safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Paper Sun (please note Paper Sun is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit).
Include your completed "Particulars of Return Form" within your return package.
Send your package back to Paper Sun Ltd, Website Returns, Units G12 & G13, The Light Box, 111 Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 5PY. We recommend you send it recorded or special delivery (please note Paper Sun will be unable to refund items you were returning but were lost in the post).
12. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
In addition to allowing us to check your creditworthiness and process your orders, the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes. We may send you, brochures, leaflets and catalogues displaying our products and services, and may telephone you in order to tell you of promotional offers, to discuss account details or for market research.
We will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all data protection legislation for the time being in force in the UK. We do not make our mailing list available for marketing purposes to anyone outside the Paper Sun company and, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction, will not disclose your personal data to anyone.
